Young LA-based filmmaker Aaron Wolf, the grandson of a rabbi, saw his family’s historic synagogue on the brink of collapse. Despite setbacks and challenges, the congregation restored their awe-inspiring and historic building, breathed new life into their synagogue community, and help to revitalize a struggling neighbourhood. And, by attaching himself to this project, the young director himself was restored to something he didn’t know was missing.
Join us for a special screening followed by drinks and schmoozing with the director at
The Duke of Kent (2315 Yonge Street)
