Dr. Filler is a retired Paediatric Surgeon and Professor of Surgery and Paediatrics at the University of Toronto. This lecture will focus on the kinds of twin unions, the challenges facing the surgeon, the problems and issues encountered by the children and their families and the outcomes of treatment
