In honour of Jewish Disability Month, we are pleased to welcome Samantha Herberman, Clinical Director at Monarch House, for a thoughtful and practical workshop focused on parenting, behaviour, and mental health.

Samantha will share evidence-based strategies, real-world insights, and practical tips to support children and families in navigating behavioural and mental health challenges, with a focus on inclusion, understanding, and connection.

Monarch House is Canada’s largest independent provider of autism services, offering comprehensive, family-centred support for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental differences across the lifespan. Their interdisciplinary teams include Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts® (BCBAs), speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and psychotherapists, with services provided in clinics, homes, schools, and community settings. About the Presenter
Samantha Herberman is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of experience supporting children and families. She oversees Monarch House’s Leaside clinic, provides clinical leadership, supports families with new diagnoses, collaborates with community partners, and serves as Clinical Practice Lead for Monarch House’s Calgary location. Samantha is deeply committed to collaboration and the implementation of evidence-based practice.
