Temple Emanu-El's own Bette Lewin hosts weekly Zumba® Gold classes!
Registration is required. Please register below. 

Four-Month Session: Thursday mornings December-March, 9:45 - 10:30 am.
There is no class on Thursdays Dec. 25 & Jan. 1.

COST:
Temple Emanu-El Members: $70
Non-Members: $100

Zumba® Gold is a low-impact dance fitness class with easy choreography focusing on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance. It is perfect for active older adults and anyone else looking for a modified Zumba class at a lower-intensity.

No experience necessary! All you need is a bit of floor space, running shoes and an internet connection. Turn up the music and dance with Bette to rhythms from around the world. You’ll be having so much fun you won’t even realize you’re exercising!

A minimum number of participants is required for the class to proceed (by November 28 so register right away!)
The Zoom link will be emailed to you the week of November 30. A reminder email, containing the Zoom link, will be emailed every Wednesday afternoon.

> There are no refunds for missed classes. 
> If Bette is not available, a substitute instructor will be arranged.
> This class is held online via Zoom. While we do our best to prevent technical issues, occasional disruptions may occur. Refunds will not be issued for technical difficulties, but if problems persist, we will review this policy.
