Join Temple Emanu-El for the world premiere of this "hilarious, beautiful, devastating show." Thanks to the generosity of The Judy Dan Fund for Arts and Education, we have a block of 100 tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis. At this special performance, Rabbi Debra Landsberg will discuss the evolution and challenges of MAID (Medical Assistance in Dying) within the Reform movement and Judaism. The performance will be followed by a dessert reception.

Thirty-year-old Rachel arrives at the home of her ailing father and his girlfriend for Shabbat dinner where her father makes a life-changing announcement. After years of suffering from extraordinary pain, Sam Adleman has decided to end his own life through medical assistance in dying. And he's going to do it in seven days. Rachel, who's always been close to her father, is devastated and stays the week to try and convince him not to do it. And when Rachel asks their Rabbi to get involved, Sam's decision and the impact it has on the family only gets more complicated.

How To Join Us

You may request up to four free tickets for the performance on Saturday, May 4th at 8:00 pm at the Greenwin Theatre of the Meridian Arts Centre. Spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

IMPORTANT: 
- Spaces are limited. Please do not register for tickets unless you know you will be coming.
- Once successfully registered, your free tickets will be waiting for you at the box office on the evening of the performance under the name of the person who registered. Please arrive no later that 7:30 pm to pick up your tickets.
- Every attempt will be made to seat your entire group together. Should we need to seat your group separately, we will contact you.
