Summer Jobs

The following positions are available for Summer 2024 through our Canada Summer Jobs grant from the Government of Canada.

In accordance with our funding, applications from youth who are underrepresented in the labour market will be given priority, including those with disabilities and those who are racialized, from a visible minority, Indigenous or 2SLGBTQI. Job descriptions

1/ Administrative Assistant
This position will consist of working in the religious school to help with organizational and administrative-related tasks. It will involve school supply inventory and creating systems to help with this process, classroom organization, and other duties as assigned. There may be some administrative tasks in the main office as well.
Pay: $16.55/hour
Hours per week: 30
Duration of position: 10 weeks

2/ Digital Computer Operator
This job's main function will be to transcribe music into a digital format. Applicants must have knowledge of the Sibelius program in order to apply.  
Pay: $16.55/hour
Hours per week: 30
Duration of position: 10 weeks
Preferred level of education: post-secondary
