Mi Shebeirach List
May all those in need be blessed with a refuah sh’leimah—a complete healing of body, mind, and spirit.
We offer a Mi Shebeirach prayer for those in need of healing—of body, mind, or spirit.
Names submitted through the form below will be added to our Mi Shebeirach list, which is included during services when the Torah is read.
Please submit a name only if you are a close family member or have received permission from the individual or their family. If someone wishes to remain anonymous, you may submit their Hebrew name only. Every Torah service includes an opportunity to share aloud the names of those in need of healing. If you have not received permission to include someone's name on our list, please include them in our prayers in this way.
In order to ensure that our Mi Shebeirach list is consistently up-to-date, you will be asked to indicate how long the name should remain on our list. In addition, the list will be reset twice a year, June 30 and December 31. If this person is still in need of healing , you must resubmit their name.
Donations
While there is no charge to add a name to the Mi Shebeirach list, we invite you to consider making a donation in honour of the person you are including. Your support helps sustain our synagogue which brings comfort and healing to our extended Temple Emanu-El family. Donate to the Temple Emanu-El Fund HERE.
