Your generosity strengthens us today and ensures our tomorrow

Your gift to the Temple Emanu-El Fund supports:

  • Nurturing our Jewishness: Our congregation is a place to form genuine connections and deepen our bonds with future and past generations.
  • Enhancing our lives: Together we celebrate, provide comfort, and embrace the dignity and diverse life experience of every one of us.
  • Healing our fractured world (tikkun olam): We fulfill the mitzvot of feeding the hungry and clothing the naked, responding to those in need with chesed (lovingkindness).
  • Inspiring young (and not so young!) minds: Learning about all things Jewish sparks the imagination and is at the heart of who we are.
  • Nourishing our spiritual lives: Within our beautiful sacred space, music and Torah combine to inspire and uplift.
  • Connecting with the Jewish world: With love of Jewish text, tradition, and heritage, we stand in solidarity with Jewish communities worldwide, in both celebration and crisis.
  • Standing with Israel: We strengthen our relationships with Israelis and honour our shared destiny.

Gifts are recognized in our monthly newsletter, enabling you to publicly memorialize a loved one, honour our clergy, or celebrate a lifecycle event. Your gift will be allocated where it is most needed.
