Welcome to the IDEA Committee page.

The letters of our name stand for Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility, and we have a goal of helping every member and visitor feel like they belong at Temple Emanu-El. 

We want to be more than ‘welcoming’, so please let us know if you find barriers to belonging that you believe we can address.  Our committee is open to new members from any age, race, culture, or ethnicity, and there is no long-term commitment.  Join for a project, an issue, or for as long as you want.
