Clergy Discretionary Funds
Donating to the Rabbi’s or the Cantor’s Discretionary Fund recognizes them for their guidance through some of the most important moments of our lives. Gifts to these funds are used to help individuals in need and support causes that further Temple Emanu-El’s work.
Youth Scholarship
The Youth Scholarship Fund helps support young Emanu-Elniks’ Jewish growth through immersive, experiential programs such as March of the Living, Jewish summer camps, NFTY (the Reform Movement youth movement), and other teen trips.

Dedications and Memorials
You can dedicate a prayer book, inscribe a leaf on our Tree of Life, or bring new music to our congregation in honour or in memory of a loved one.
- Click HERE to dedicate a prayer book (minimum $90 donation), click HERE to dedicate a Plaut Chumash (Torah commentary book; minimum $180 donation) or contact Carli Portman.
- Contact Carli Portman if you are interested in adding a leaf to our Tree of Life. Minimum donations are $540 for a small (3-line) copper leaf and $1800 for a large (5-line) brass leaf.
Named Funds
Over the years, congregants have provided major gifts to establish funds that give ongoing support for programs close to their hearts. Please contact Irena Kochba if you are interested in creating your own named fund.
