Mary Daniel
Mary is an advocate for disability/accessibility inclusion and a public speaker. Mary is a Little Person with dwarfism and has short limbs. As well she has hearing impairments and wears hearing aids. Mary will speak to us about what it was like to grow up with her disabilities and what life is like for her today.
Paul Daniel
Paul is a producer for the national morning TV show, NOW with Dave Brown, on Accessible Media. As someone with a disability, he’s a vigorous supporter of inclusion and accessibility for people with disabilities. He’s a big believer in inclusion for all people.
Debbie Gillespie
Debbie is currently a consultant specializing in wayfinding and digital accessibility for people with sight loss. She is past chair of the TTC Advisory Committee on Accessible Transit, retiring from CNIB in 2018 after a 30-year career. She has been a guide dog user since 2006 and has travelled extensively in the U.S., New Zealand and Australia before getting a guide dog. She enjoys technology and believes it goes hand in hand with accessibility and independence.
