10:00 AM - 11:00 AMTemple Emanu-ElJoin us for an important session with The Jewish Educators and Families Association to learn what's really being taught in our schools, how to advocate for our kids and keep them safe.
Who is JEFA? From their website...
Jewish Educators and Family Association (JEFA) is a dynamic community where Jewish educators, students and their families come together to make a difference. At JEFA, we are more than just an association; we are a movement dedicated to empowering our members through advocacy, education, and unity while protecting them against antisemitism as defined by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance. Our mission, vision, and values are our foundation in creating a supportive and inclusive educational environment, within our elementary, middle and high schools and our faculties of education and early childhood education respectively.
