Fall Market Vendor Application

We are excited to call for family friendly vendors for our second annual Fall Market & Craft Fair featuring artisans, crafts, jewellry and food on Sunday, November 16, 2025 from 11AM - 3PM.

Fill out the form below to apply. The fair is capped at a maximum of 25 vendors, so  apply now!

Note: Should Temple Emanu-El decide that the vendor is not a good fit for the event, we will notify you as soon as possible and we will return your payment.

2. About Your Business

If you don't have a formal business name, enter the name you would like us to use when listing your booth (eg: "Cassie's Craft Creations")
Please provide a link to your website or social media page.
IMPORTANT: 
  • Please include the price point of your products.
  • If you make food, all food items must be vegetarian and contain no nuts. 
  • A photo is helpful. Please email any accompanying photos to Cassie Moscoe-Sweet at cassie@templeemanuel.ca with your name or the name of your business in the subject line.

3. Requirements & Agreements

Vendor Responsibilities:
  • I agree to provide an item for the raffle.
  • I will bring my own tablecloth.
  • I will be responsible for my own setup, staffing, and takedown.
  • I will provide proof of liability insurance naming Temple Emanu-El as an additional insured.
  • I accept that any damage caused by me or my business will be repaired or replaced at my expense by a contractor selected by Temple Emanu-El.
  • I will handle all my own sales transactions (cash, credit card, or e-transfer).

4. Payment

You can choose either a regular booth with one table or a large booth with two tables. Vendor pricing is per table.
• Temple Emanu-El Members (per table): $65 Early Bird, $75 Regular
• Non-Members (per table): $75 Early Bird, $100 Regular
Payment is for one vendor booth with either one or two tables at this year's Fall Market.
Early Bird pricing ends August 4th.

Ready to submit and pay?

  • Make sure all items with an asterisk are filled in and that you have agreed to the responsibilities and agreements.
  • If you are not signed into our website as a member, you will likely see a message that it is being submitted as "public". That's ok!
  • When paying, it will give you an option to help us with credit card processing fees. This is totally optional but very much appreciated. This portion of the fee is eligible for charitable tax deduction. The actual vendor fee is not eligible.
